Adrenaline, excitement, and lots of fun at F-air Colombia 2023

Rionegro-Antioquia, July 15, 2023. Very early in the morning and under a bright sun, more than 17,000 attendees began arriving at the José María Córdova Airport in Rionegro, Antioquia, for the fourth day of the International Aeronautical and Space Fair - F-Air Colombia 2023, which has been taking place since July 12.

Little by little, the stands and the general platform filled up to enjoy
the spectacle, which overflowed with enthusiasm and energy. Young and old alike, armed
with their cameras and cell phones, prepared to record the best
maneuvers of the acrobatic teams invited to the Fair.

In this edition, the Colombian Air Force also presented a new
show, in which the Special Air Operations Group (GROEA)
simulated an emergency involving various
danger factors following an earthquake. Two aircraft, rescuers, and Special
Air Commandos participated in this meticulous and effective military operation to save
lives.

A controlled explosion caught the audience's attention, as
they followed the 22-minute demonstration minute by second, thrilling the
audience until the very end, culminating in the timely aeromedical evacuation of the
patients and injured.

This demonstration combines several of the
Colombian Air Force's capabilities, ranging from image capture by the FAC SAT
II 'Chiribiquete' satellite to ground-based integration of search, rescue,
pre-hospital care, and Special Air Commando tactics.

In the afternoon, the speed of the F-16 Viper Demo Team, the synchronization of
the Fumaça Squadron, and the precision of the Arpía 51 team filled
the entire event with adrenaline.

On the other hand, the new addition to this air and aerospace fair was F-DRON, which
featured 15 unmanned aircraft manufacturers. Their
flight demonstrations demonstrated the power of this technology and the
opportunities it represents for the country's military and civilian operations.
This Sunday, the last day of F-AIR 2023, nearly 18,000
visitors are expected to enjoy the thrills of the air shows that will fill
the skies of eastern Antioquia. It will be an unforgettable day, full of spectacle
and adrenaline.

Without a doubt, this edition of the fair has been a resounding success, not only contributing to
innovative business opportunities within the country's aviation industry but also
establishing itself as an internationally significant event in the
aeronautical and space sectors.
