What you need to know to get the best out of the fair


Journalist pre-registration

Press accreditation

The press credential of the International Fair F-Air will be delivered exclusively to practicing journalists and photographers, who at the time of the event work for a media outlet that disseminates information related to the aeronautical industry and related events.

Form

  • The deadline to fill out the form with the steps of the accreditation process is july 8, 2025 until 11:59 p.m. (local time).
  • Keep in mind that completing the entire registration process does not guarantee your press accreditation for F-Air.
  • The organizing committee will confirm the respective data and will not accept media that are in the process of being created, that is, that are made public during and after the fair. They must certify their real existence.

ACCREDITATION PROCESS

This online process for F-Air has two steps:

STEP 2: VALIDATION AND CONFIRMATION

Once the pre-registration and accreditation Committee for F-Air receives and validates the attached documentation, it will send an email confirming that the accreditation was approved. In the event that the committee considers it, it is possible that you request to attach new documentation, which must be submitted and will be analyzed by the committee.

REMEMBER:

  • Once your accreditation is approved, it is important that to collect your accreditations you schedule your appointment in advance by calling the following telephone numbers: xxx xxxxxxx y xxx xxxxxxx.
  • The time to collect press credentials is only from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. of the current year. This process must be carried out in Jose María Cordoba Airport, Rionegro - Antioquia.
  • The press badge is for personal and non-transferable use. To deliver it, you must present your media card and ID.
  • The badges will be filled out with the data of previously authorized journalists. The person in charge of this process will be the Corferias press team.
  • At the time your badge is delivered, you must laminate it and carry it in a visible place in order to enter Corferias and carry out your journalistic work without inconvenience.
  • In case of losing the badge, in no case will a new one be generated.

Mr(a) journalist please attach the letter from the media for its respective validation, ALL in a single document
1. Signed letter on the official letterhead of the media outlet that contains the following information:
a) Type of media outlet
b) Full name of the journalist
c) Source covered by the media outlet or position covered performs
d) ID (in case of being a foreigner, passport number)
e) Address of the medium
f) Email of the journalist
g) Verifiable landline and cell phone number
h) Website
2. Identification:
a) Copy of Citizenship Card
b) For journalists coming from other countries, it is required to fill out the migration form and review the requirements according to the airlines.
